There’s still a long way to go, but the cast for the upcoming live-action adaption of G.I.Joe is starting to take shape. Korean star Byeong-Heon Lee (Winter Sonata, I Come With the Rain) has been cast as the Cobra ninja Storm Shadow and Rachel Nichols (P2, Charlie Wilson’s War) as the fiery Joe Shana "Scarlett" O’Hara.
They join the already cast Ray Park (as Snake Eyes), Sienna Miller (as The Baroness), and the rumored, though never confirmed George Clooney (as Duke, if true).
Update! Two more Joes have been cast!
More after the jump!
You’ve seen the comparison of Nichols & Scarlett, and here’s Lee/StormShadow:
Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Mr. Eko from Lost) has been cast as ordinance expert Heavy Duty and Said Taghmaoui (The Kite Runner) has won the part of Breaker, the team’s communications specialist.
