ImageGeorge A. Romero's trailer for his new movie Diary of the Dead hit the Net today. The movie follows a documentary filmmaker as he records the events of a zombie outbreak. More after the jump!

The trailer looks great, though when I heard about this project, I was hoping it would be nothing but found footage, a la The Blair Witch Project or Cloverfield, but in the case of Diary, it also incorporates standard narrative.

What the hey. It still looks good, and I enjoyed the hell out of Land of the Dead.
