I don't know about you, but I'm delighted to hear about a project coming out of Hollywood that's based on a new screenplay and not an already existing property.
Screen Gems has just signed Laurence Fisburne, Jean Reno and Milo Ventimiglia to star in a new action flick called Armored.
Here's the pitch: A armored truck driver (Ventimiglia, I'm guessing) agrees with his coworkers to rip off their company for $10 million.
The movie also stars Matt Dillon, Columbus Short, Fred Ward and Skeet Ulrich. It's shooting in Los Angeles.
Nimrod Antal (Vacancy) directs from a James V. Simpson screenplay.
