Chicago's legendary Steppenwolf Theater has unveiled the lineup for its 2008-09 season.
The season includes:
• CSI's William Petersen in Dublin Carol.
• Frank Galati as Prospero in The Tempest.
• A revival of Yasmina Reza's Art.
• A new adaptation of Haruki Murakami's Kafka on the Shore, by Galati.
Steppenwolf, the Chicago-based theater company behind Broadway hit "August: Osage County," has announced its slate for the 2008-09 season, including two shows by Irish playwright Conor McPherson.
John Mahoney will star in McPherson's supernatural morality tale "The Seafarer," due to end its Broadway run March 30.
Anna D. Shapiro (who directed "August") will stage Bridget Carpenter's bittersweet look at escaping everyday boundaries, "Up."
