Bungie’s New Halo Project Unveiled

Yesterday at the Tokyo Game Show Microsoft unveiled the mystery project Bungie Studios has been teasing gamers with for weeks now, leaving many to speculate it to be Halo 4. Close, but not quite. Halo 3: Recon is the official title of the latest game in the hugely popular Halo franchise.
While it's been announced that Halo 3: recon will "greatly resemble" previous Halo games, gamers are promised that they will need to "employ more elements of stealth and cunning than ever before." This makes sense, because this time around gamers won't be playing as the familiar character of Masterchief, but as a new character all-together. In Halo 3: Recon you'll be playing as a member of the UNSC special forces unit known as the Orbital Drop Shock Troopers or ODST (sounds pretty bad ass, doesn't it?).
