ImageComics living legend and Boom! Studios Editor-in-Chief Mark Waid has a new superhero series debuting in April, and Boom wants to make sure you know about it. Irreedemable will be shipping with variant covers by fellow superstar John Cassaday and Barry Kitson in a 75/25 split. Interiors are provided by Peter Krause (Power of Shazam), and issue #1 will be followed with an afterward by none other than Grant Morrison.

"In superhero comics, pretty much everyone who's called upon to put on a cape is, at heart, emotionally equipped for the job. I reject that premise," said  series  writer  and  Boom!  Studios  Editor-in-Chief  Mark Waid. "Irredeemable is, in a way, my third and most complex chapter on the cost of superheroics - a pulp adventure tale of horror exploring how the lessons we learn about right and wrong as children can become warped and twisted when challenged by the realities of the adult world."

CC2K Co-Founder Robert J. Peterson invites you to support his sci-fi novel The Odds: Book One of the Deadblast Trilogy. It's a post-spocalyptic action-comedy that hearkens back to madcap movies like Big Trouble in Little China. Give it a look!
