Could this be Concept Art for Two-Face?

OK, this is probably just BS. Some of our geek friends from down under posted what is supposedly a piece of concept art for Two-Face from The Dark Knight. Regardless of whether it’s official or just a bit of fan-made art, it’s definitely gruesome. Check it out with a grain of salt after the jump.

Aaron Eckhart has gone on the record regarding Two-Face's appearance in interviews with the following:

"There are fans on the Internet who have done artist's versions of what they think it will look like, and I can tell you this: They're thinking small; Chris [Nolan, Director] is going way farther than people think. I can tell you that, basically, when you look at Two-Face, you should get sick to your stomach. "
