More after the jump!

Law and Order is a program detailing the process of solving a crime in New York City. Policemen and women investigate the crime for the first half of the show, and lawyers prosecute those indicted during the second half. The revolutionary concept has NBC excited, and spokesmen confirmed that they are hopeful that the show can be as successful as such other NBC programs such as the aforementioned Law and Order: Criminal Intent, as well as Law and Order: Special Victims Unit and Law and Order: Trial by Jury.

For those interested in learning more about this upcoming program, feel free to check out NBC's website for promotional materials, or perhaps flip channels to find repeats of any of the previous seventeen seasons of the show.
