Seth Rogen Channels Ron Jeremy for New Role

It’s not what you think. Seth Rogen has signed on to star in Kevin Smith’s next movie, Zach & Miri Make a Porno.

The story centers on a platonic couple (Zach and Miri) that are entrenched in debt and decide the best way out of it is to make a porno. They get help from their friends, but along the way the discover they might have stronger feelings for each other than they ever realized.

Though Smith has stated he wrote the role of Miri with Rosario Dawson in mind, she’s committed to another project, and the part has gone to Rogen’s co-star in The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Elizabeth Banks.
