ImageThis morning we've got news of Marvel's first choice for Captain America, 24's next villain, the first Death Race 3000 Trailer, and a new poster for Will Eisner's The Spirit.


Rumor has it that Leonardo Dicaprio is at the top of the short list of actors Marvel wants to play Captain America for their upcoming film.  Personally, I just don't see it.

In TV news with every new season of 24 there's a new villain, and next fall that role will be filled by Jon Voight, says THR .

In other TV news if you're wondering what's going to happen with the final episodes of SciFi's Battlestar Galactica, plans are underway to expand the final season and produce at least one tv movie.

Hey, Lawrrence Kasdan has been tapped to write the screenplay of the planned live-action adaptation of Robotech.

John cusack describes his upcoming pet-project War Inc. as "a political satire set in Turaqistan, a country occupied by an American private corporation run by a former US Vice-President (Dan Akroyd).
