Written by: Big Ross, CC2K Staff Writer

ImageToday we've news regarding upcoming documentaries, updates on several Marvel superheroes headed to the big screen, a trailer for a film about Nazis in space(!), new Incredible Hulk posters, the final one-sheet for The Love Guru and pics from Tropic Thunder.

Due to scheduling conflicts, Scorsese has dropped out of an authorized Bob Marley documentary, and Jonathan Demme is taking over.

Great.  American Idol dominated the ratings war on Tuesday night.  How many more seasons do ya think that bought the show?

Fledgling comic booc series Project Runaways is going to be adapted to a feature film.  I'll have to defer to the Comics experts here at CC2k on whether or not this is a good thing, as I've never even heard of this title.

We've got word that the planned Captain America movie is going to be  a period piece set during World War II, and that despite rumors Matthew McConaughey is not involved in the film.  Personally I've always though Ben Browder (Farscape, Stargate SG-1) would make a great Cap.

Speaking of Marvel superheroes, it looks like the planned Thor movie is going forward, and will indeed take place in the Norse realm of Asgard and not be  contemporary story.

Here's the trailer for a 'dark sci-fi comedy' about Nazis in space called Iron Sky that is on its way to becoming a feature length film.

In other documentary news, His Royal Airness Michael Jordan is also going to be the subject of a documentary, courtesy of Spike Lee.

We've got two new quad posters for The Incredible Hulk.  Check em out!
